I offer a soulful, integrative approach that blends Psychosynthesis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices to support adults (18+) in navigating both current challenges and deeper patterns.
This short-term therapeutic container spans 6 to 8 weekly sessions, and is designed to help you gain clarity on a specific situation, and foster resilience for the journey ahead. It is an invitation to move beyond traditional talk therapy and experiment with a more embodied, parts-based way of exploring your inner world.
As I work toward the final accreditation for my Psychosynthesis Counselling Diploma, I am offering these focused spots at a special reduced rate.

Unlike longer term therapy, short-term work is oriented on a specific issue. It’s ideal for navigating a current life transition, a recurring block in your life, or as a way to gently check in with your inner world in a new way.
Short term therapy is a commitment to 6 to 8 sessions to ensure a clear beginning, middle, and end to the process.
We’ll discuss whether 6 or 8 sessions are appropriate, depending on what you need support with.
Availability
For in-person clients based in Stockholm, sessions are offered from my therapy room in Södermalm on Mondays evenings.
For online sessions, I offer daytime sessions via Zoom on Thursdays, from the Central European Timezone (CET).
Fees
Each session is charged at a reduced rate of 350 SEK / 28 GBP, which is payable before each session.
I operate a 24 hour cancellation notice. Payment is via Swish for those in Sweden, or Wise for international clients. I’ll provide details of these terms via email before we begin.
To support my development, all sessions are currently audio recorded for training purposes.
I work under regular supervision both from the Institute of Psychosynthesis (UK), and with an Internal Family Systems (IFS) supervisor.
This ensures that you as a client receive the highest standard of care, as I regularly review my work with highly experienced UKCP Psychotherapists. All client data is anonymised, and the recordings are held in an encrypted drive. They are then deleted after clinical review.
For a deeper look at my practice protocols, you can read the Confidentiality & Safety section of my main FAQs here (this link opens a new tab).

Short-term therapy is highly dynamic and effective, but it is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Because we meet within a fixed 6- to 8-week timeframe, our work requires a clear focal point.
Review the checklists below to see if this specialised container aligns with what what you need right now.
This framework is a beautiful fit if:
🌱 You have a specific challenge to explore: you are navigating a distinct life transition, a career crossroads, a recurring relationship pattern, or a creative block, and you want dedicated space to untangle it.
🌱 A particular part of you is taking over: you notice a specific internal dynamic like an overactive Inner Critic, a perfectionist driver, or a people-pleasing tendency that is causing friction, and it is impacting your current life.
🌱 You want to experiment with a soulful approach: you might have tried traditional, cognitive talk therapy before and are curious to experience how experiential and embodied practices can create deeper shifts.
🌱 You need an intentional internal check-in: you may have done therapy in the past and don’t need open-ended support, but rather a brief, intensive container to realign with your purpose and ground yourself.
This container is likely not suitable if:
🌿 You are processing complex trauma: unburdening deeply rooted childhood wounds or historical trauma requires a long-term, slower paced, and open-ended container.
🌿 You are in an active, acute crisis: if you are currently navigating severe mental health crises, active addiction, or require immediate safety planning, a short-term format cannot provide the continuous scaffolding you deserve.
🌿 You want an open-ended, organic space: if your preference is to arrive each week without a central theme and simply see where the conversation flows naturally, traditional long-term therapy will serve you much better.
If you are seeking longer term therapy for complex trauma or deeper processing, see my current availability for longer term work (opens in a new tab)
At the moment I work only with adults (18 and over), as therapy with children and young people requires specialist training.
I also don’t work with clients living in the US or Canada, as my professional insurance doesn’t cover me there.
Currently, I only see people privately, which means I’m not able to take clients through health insurance providers.
This specific framework is designed as a focused, short-term container (6 to 8 sessions) to support my current diploma requirements and target a specific piece of inner work. Because of this, I am unable to seamlessly extend this current block into open-ended therapy.
However, I will be opening up my availability for deeper, long-term therapeutic work this Autumn. If you find that our sessions resonate and you would like to continue exploring your inner landscape together, you are more than welcome to return. I will let you know when my availability opens up again.
Because short-term therapy relies heavily on momentum and consistency, missing a session can significantly disrupt the integration of the work.
I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible. I will always try my best to find an alternative slot within the same week to keep your therapeutic container intact, however it is likely to be online as my in-person slots are limited.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will unfortunately still be charged.
Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about either Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Psychosynthesis to begin. All that is required is a curiosity about your inner world and a willingness to explore it.
All sessions are offered in English.
Both options are possible. Each session costs 350 SEK / 28 GBP. I can offer a 10% discount for those paying for all sessions upfront.
As a UKCP-registered therapist in training, I specialise in helping people safely map, understand, and bring healing to the different parts of their inner world.
This specific short-term offering marks the final stage of my core counselling training in Psychosynthesis. My offering is further enhanced with Level 3 training in IFS, and in somatic healing practices.
I have a deep appreciation for time-limited therapeutic containers; the focus creates an intentional, powerful momentum that allows profound insights and internal harmony to surface efficiently.

Choosing a therapist is deeply personal, and it is important to find someone you feel comfortable with. Before we begin our work together, I invite you to a complimentary 20-minute introductory Zoom call.
This is a pressure-free space for us to meet, discuss what you are looking to bring to therapy, answer any lingering questions you might have, and see if I am the right fit for you. Note this is only available for adults seeking therapy over the age of 18*.
Choose the path below that feels right for you today:
Option 1: Book Your 20-Minute Intro Call
Select a time that suits you from the calendar, and you’ll receive a Zoom link once the time and date has been booked.
Option 2: Have a question first?
If you aren’t quite ready to book a call, feel free to drop me an email with any questions you have: hello@theinnergrove.org. I will get back to you within 48 hours.
*Working with children and adolescents requires additional specialist training that I have not yet undertaken.
