As a therapist-in-training, sessions are offered at a reduced rate.
For longer term work, each 60-minute session is 450 SEK (Swedish Krona), approx €41.22 or £35.70 at May 2026 exchange rates.
Payment can be made via Swish (within Sweden), or via Wise for international clients. Payment is due before each session. I have a 24 hour cancellation notice.
Note: To support my development, all sessions are currently recorded for training purposes.
I work under regular supervision, both from the Institute of Psychosynthesis (UK), and with an Internal Family Systems (IFS) supervisor. Read more about this in the FAQs.
Short Term Therapy
I currently have a few slots available for short term work on Monday evenings in person, and Thursdays online. These are offered at a discounted rate of 350 SEK per session. Read more about this offer here.
Longer Term Therapy
I currently have availability for in-person sessions on Wednesday afternoons from therapy rooms in Södermalm.
If you prefer to meet virtually, a limited number of online sessions via Zoom will be opening up on Thursdays soon. These upcoming spots will be offered first to those on my waitlist, so please do reach out if you’d like to be included.
